We are moving to Central City and our realtor suggested we check out Lincoln Manor. Overall the food is pretty good. The first visit I had the chicken fried steak . which was about average. The mashed potatoes were excelent. On the 2nd visit I tried the fried chicken which first arrived cold in the middle. I sent it back and it came out piping hot a few minutes later. (I wouldn't expect them to be frying chicken fresh at 8 pm on a Tuesday when it was slow.) My son had the fried cod and it was cooked perfectly. It was just starting to flake apart. Overall, it's an old restaurant, pretty dated decor, a little run down around the edges but has some really decent quality food at pretty good prices. Since it's just down the road we'll be back frequently.
